The special event at Acme Screening Room will be hosted by Gary Lee Kraut of France Revisited
Lambertville, NJ – Join the Acme Screening Room on Saturday, March 8 at 5 pm as Gary Lee Kraut of France Revisited returns, with a screening of Rebuilding Notre Dame.
Gary Lee Kraut returns for his 2025 visit and will speak about the completion of the restoration since the film was made. He will highlight an extensive interview he recently conducted with a journalist and a photographer who were among the few to have access to the restoration site in the years prior to Notre-Dame’s reopening to the public this past December. He’ll also touch more broadly on the ongoing debate in France about the use and restoration of historic religious buildings. French reception to follow in our lobby area.
