Chris Mann’s holiday EP, Santa, We’re Ready, is now streaming on all major platforms.
New York, NY – Singer, entertainer, and viral comedy-music powerhouse Chris Mann turned daytime television into a full-scale Broadway-meets–Super Bowl spectacle with a jaw-dropping performance of his original holiday swing anthem “Santa, We’re Ready” on Tamron Hall on ABC. The moment brought the house down, with host Tamron Hall visibly stunned and declaring on air that Mann’s performance was “the most iconic performance in the show’s history.”
The ambitious, high-impact concept was developed in collaboration with Richy Jackson, the acclaimed choreographer behind some of Lady Gaga’s most iconic live performances, with custom tear-away costumes designed and built by legendary costumer Maggie Barry — widely known as the “tear-away queen” responsible for show-stopping looks for Chippendales.

The three-minute performance featured five surprise costume reveals, escalating the energy with each transformation as part of one continuous theatrical event. Mann opened encased in a giant Christmas tree costume, comedically torn away by two Santa’s Helper dancers to reveal a full Santa Claus look, complete with beard. The spectacle escalated rapidly: Santa tore away into Elf on the Shelf, which tore away into a giant wrapped Christmas gift, before finally revealing Mann in a custom black tuxedo, transforming the stage into a full-throttle big-band swing finale.
But the surprises didn’t stop there. Hidden within the tuxedo were four silver pom-poms, revealed in the final moments to supercharge the choreography, send the dancers’ energy into overdrive, and drive the studio audience into a frenzy.
