“From North Africa to North America” is where Alia Bensliman will be sharing with viewers her journey as a Tunisian artist who moved from a homogenous culture to a very diverse and heterogeneous melting pot that is the US.  This move the artist states has “opened my eyes to new cultures, to different philosophies and views. It also allowed me to learn new techniques and methods.”  Giving Alia a feeling of freedom to spread her wings as an artist, develop her skills and have a deeper understanding herself and others.
