Princeton, NJ – The Arts Council of Princeton (ACP) is proud to announce the return of Sauce for the Goose, the much-anticipated Outdoor Art Market, set to take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 11am to 4pm on Paul Robeson Place.
A seasonal favorite among art lovers and holiday shoppers alike, Sauce for the Goose showcases the work of 100+ local and regional artisans, offering a thoughtfully curated selection of ceramics, textiles, jewelry, printmaking, drawing and painting, apparel, home décor, and much more.
This one-day-only event invites the community to shop for handmade goods and support small, independent makers. In addition to returning favorite vendors, this year’s market will introduce exciting new artists, giving attendees the chance to discover fresh talent and find truly one-of-a-kind pieces.
Popular returning artists include Thmble & Needle, SochCo Designs, and Marg Ceramics. Exciting newcomers include The Twisted Hoop, Kimpots, and Monsters On A Picnic.
Held outdoors in the heart of Princeton, the market promises a festive atmosphere perfect for early holiday shopping, gift-giving inspiration, or simply enjoying a day of creativity and craftsmanship.
“Our street fairs have become synonymous with Princeton, and Sauce for the Goose proudly continues our more than 55-year tradition of bringing art to the streets,” shares Adam Welch, ACP Executive Director. “Come out and experience the vibrant worlds our artists create—then head into town for lunch, a drink, or just to soak in the day. It’s always a beautiful day on the streets of Princeton.”
