Princeton, NJ – Princeton Makes, a Princeton-based artist cooperative, will feature David Brahinsky and friends at its monthly Java Jam, to be held on Sunday, April 21st at 4:00 pm at the Princeton Makes artist studios and art market in the Princeton Shopping Center.
David Brahinsky is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist who has been playing music from the folk tradition— from the Child Ballads to Bob Dylan—for over thirty years. One of the founders of the Roosevelt Arts Project, he has been the lead singer for The Roosevelt String Band for the last 25 years. He’ll be playing at Java Jam with a number of his musician friends.
Java Jam is a coffeehouse that takes place on the third Sunday of every month at Princeton Makes. It is free and open to the public.
Princeton Makes is a cooperative comprised of 35 local artists who work across a range of artistic genres, including painting, drawing, stained glass, ceramics, sculpture, textiles, and jewelry. Customers will be able to support local artists by shopping for a wide variety of art, including large paintings, prints, custom-made greeting cards, stained glass lamps and window hangings, jewelry in a variety of designs and patterns, and more.
