Lambertville, NJ — You’re invited to experience one of the most beloved musicals of all time as My Fair Lady arrives on the stage at Music Mountain Theatre in Lambertville, NJ. Opening June 12 and running through July 5, this timeless classic combines unforgettable music, sparkling humor, and a heartwarming story that has captivated audiences for generations.
Based on George Bernard Shaw’s Pygmalion and Gabriel Pascal’s motion picture adaptation, My Fair Lady follows spirited Cockney flower seller Eliza Doolittle as she becomes the subject of an ambitious social experiment. Determined to prove that he can transform her into a refined lady of society, the brilliant but arrogant Professor Henry Higgins embarks on a journey that changes both of their lives in unexpected ways.
Featuring the celebrated book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and the unforgettable score by Frederick Loewe, My Fair Lady remains one of the crowning achievements of musical theatre. Audiences can enjoy performances on Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30 p.m. as well as Saturday and Sunday matinees at 3:00 p.m. from June 12 through July 5.
